I want to put the second system on the MSI GL72 6QD Kali Linux laptop / The first one is Win10 / but the password is not loaded?

I myself am rather weak in *unix, and this is not the first time I have been trying to install such a problem as a second system on my MSI GL72 6QD laptop, but everything goes wrong. I coped with the installation, but here's the thing:
- immediately after entering the user and password, a complete freeze and no reaction. I tried to go through recovery mode , it just goes on forever .
What can be and I ask you for help in solving this problem
