Word 2010. Where did the comments go?

There was a PC in the domain. *.doc files were created on it in office 2010, in these files there are all sorts of orders and a lot of notes (which are added through the review tab).
I removed the PC from the domain (accordingly, the local user also changed), I open these files in them, not a single note. I open these files on other PCs, there are no notes there either.
I open backups half a year ago, they also have no notes.
Attention to the question: what kind of joke is this, where did the notes go and how to return them?
