Excel does not calculate the value correctly. Why is that?

In MS Excel, COUNTIF calculates the value incorrectly. Here is a screenshot of the sheet itself. What could be the problem?

I think the error is that Excel, in the case of "> 50" for the condition, interprets it as a logical operator and a number, and for a cell as a line of text, when comparing the string "> 50" does not match the range of numbers from 50 to infinity, because it and does not see this coincidence. Use different logic or define the range differently.
