USB flash drive is detected as a disk after Windows 10 update. How to fix?

After the Windows 10 cumulative update, the flash drive began to appear as a drive (E:)
At the time of the update, the flash drive was inserted into the usb port.

The same thing happens when installing a clean system, if the flash drive is not pulled out of the usb port at the time of reboot, immediately after the installation is completed, then it is defined as a disk and not as a flash drive.
There are also some hidden USB drives, it is also not clear where this comes from and how to remove it if possible?
I made a bootable USB flash drive using the Media Creation Tool.
Does anyone know what needs to be done to prevent this from happening?
And how to fix it?
Or at least can someone explain why this is happening?
