Is there an analogue of "Hyper-V Manager" for Linux?

In Windows, it comes bundled even with desktop Windows. This is a client.

They are, virt-manager.org - comes with, probably, any distribution kit, or self-installation, for example https://www.webvirtmgr.net/

I'm afraid, my friend, that Windows is the last thing in its ecosystem to make a hole of this magnitude. The administrator screw has to work from Windows. Under this sharpened all the tools. Hyper-V Manager, Server Manager, PowerShell. Soft-bodied require the administrator to dive deeper into their products. And not so that the Penguinites of the upper classes grab. =) One PowerShell is worth something. Sometimes the brain is in full swing. So now you can’t sit on two chairs, as the complexity is growing before our eyes.
