Computer without video card, how to install Linux?

How can I install Linux on a PC if it does not have a video card? Those. I can't connect a monitor to it and install. Is it possible to somehow install via netinstall? Where to find manuals?
If this is not possible, then if I take a hard drive and insert it into another PC, install it, then return it back to the PC without a video card, what then will I have to do? Rebuild the kernel for new hardware?
I would like to install ubuntu server, but I will consider the options.

Which kernel to rebuild? What?
In general, there are many deployment methods, including headless. Perhaps this will help.

There are several options.
1. Install on another computer on hdd, then just insert into a new one, do not forget to correct (erase the contents) /etc/udev/rules.d/70-net-whattotam.conf
2. Insert a graphics card during installation.
3. If it is a server, it is very possible that it has a BMC chip with a remote graphical console. Read the document on the server, connect remotely to the console, install as usual.
4. Install using the console via the COM port, many distributions, especially server ones, allow this. For example, read https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SerialConsoleHowto
In all cases (except 3), it is desirable to configure the console on the com port after installation.
