Unable to install Kali Linux on Oracle VM?

I've been putting kali linux on the virtual machine for 10 times already, no less, and it gives me the same problem.
If you skip this step, then a black screen hangs after the reboot.
What could be the problem?

You can also use hyper v.
In oracle vm settings go and specify the network adapter as a bridge connection. Then there will be the Internet and the image will be able to download the necessary libraries.

Try using VMware if possible.
