How to set up hotkeys in ubuntu?

When I go to the input methods settings (there are hot keys), the following window pops up. Before that, I installed clementine (player) and configured hotkeys in it, after restarting, such a notification pops up
Current configuration for the input method:
* Active configuration: none (usually absent)
* Automatic configuration: none (usually either ibus, or fcitx, or uim)
* Number of valid choices: 1 (typically 1)
The configuration set by im-config will be activated after X is restarted.
An explicit choice is not required to enable automatic configuration if one of default/auto/cjkv/missing is active.

As far as I remember in Settings-> Keyboard - you can assign it there.
