Withdrawing money from Elance for IP?

Good afternoon,
The Bank requires an agreement in order to be able to receive money transfers.
How, when concluding an agreement with a customer, when working through Elance, to solve this problem? Does anyone have a successful experience with withdrawing money from Elance?

An interesting question - if you withdraw through payoneer, that is, past the current account, and, it turns out, past the tax account - is it possible to somehow voluntarily go to the tax office and say, well, they say, I received $ 1000, I want to pay the tax myself. :-)
But I did a similar contract (although I am an LLC, not an individual entrepreneur) did. The usual contract with the customer, and brought it to the bank for them to look at and approve (they can’t make payments for everyone, it’s important that they like the contract), and the contract indicated that payment under the contract could come from Elance with such and such details. After receiving the first payment from Elance to the account of the LLC, the Elance payment details were entered into the contract retroactively, and everything worked out as it should on the papers.
