Hello.
I took an order for a project, without any contract, etc., but then the customer changed his mind and decided to draw up a contract.
The essence of the mobile application is the order of "Cleaning services" and it requires an admin panel written in WordPress with a plugin for interacting with the application such as "Clients, orders", etc.
How to actually draw up a contract with the customer? And is it even possible to do this if I am not an individual entrepreneur?

In a simple, clear language , describe the expectations of the customer and the obligations of the contractor as unambiguously as possible.
Take the formal part from any contract for the provision of services. All the power, all the essence - will be in that detailed description.

If you do not want to hire a lawyer, find a service agreement template and describe the functionality of the product in the application. Indicate the term for payment and performance of work, indicate the limits of your responsibility, the procedure for handing over work, including in the event that the customer refuses to accept work, do not forget to indicate the procedure for amending the contract and the conditions for its early termination.
