Берем какой-то сервис или услугу - например, реклама групп в VK. И оказываем эту услугу автоматически на своем сайте. А вот там группа педофилов каких-нибудь. И висит этот баннер у тебя на сайте и всех туда зовет, потому что очень клевая группа.
С т.з. закона ко мне можно в этом случае домотаться? И если вводить модерацию ручную, то как быть - рубить на корню все что вызывает сомнение или есть список каких-то тематик, которые нужно заранее определить и отказывать всем по нему? Если такой исчерпывающий список есть, то где его найти?

Очень большое значение будет иметь намерение. Например убийство по неосторожности - до двух лет. А преднамеренное - от семи до пятнадцати.
Многое будет зависеть от суда.
События могут развиваться так:
- имели специальное образование, понимали последствия своих действий (бездействия)
- не предприняли мер для предотвращения использования сервисом злоумышленниками
- получите соучастие
Что касается группы - группа должна быть закрытой, с приемом через заявки, которые проходят модерацию.
