How will the acceptance of payments on the site change?

Probably, it is already clear to everyone that if not now, then in the near future difficult times will come for site owners (residents of the Russian Federation).

I have a small marketplace selling digital goods (WordPress themes and plugins).
Payment for foreign clients is made via PayPal.

What happens or can happen with the acceptance of online payments on sites (for example, PayPal). including payments with payment cards?

What are the options for working with foreign customers and buyers if I do not have any second citizenship, a foreign business and a foreign bank account?

(I know about cryptocurrencies).

So far, preliminary, some banks will be able to avoid sanctions. I recommend not to panic and wait for the stabilization of the situation.
PayPal has not yet stopped accepting payments to residents of the Russian Federation (you weren’t included in the personal sanctions list, were you?), so the question of withdrawing money remains.
As I wrote above, some banks are likely to continue to work without problems. There is another option of opening an account in a foreign bank, here it is still difficult to say which banks will continue to work with residents of the Russian Federation. And the last option is a change of citizenship, opening a legal entity in a zone that does not fall under sanctions.

It will not work to open an account in a foreign bank, PayPal for Russian citizens only allows you to add ruble accounts.
If some banks are under sanctions, you can open an account in another.
