Good afternoon!
I am a citizen of Ukraine and live in Ukraine, it became necessary to receive money through Paypal. Is such an option possible?
1. I register a Polish Paypal account, I specify a Polish address of residence (it is possible to show a rental contract or receipts for payment of utility bills).
2. I register a Payoneer account to my real address in Ukraine.
3. All actions with Paypal are carried out through VPN with an individual IP (Poland).
Is such an option possible? Is it possible to link an American Payoneer card to a Polish Paypal account and withdraw funds in Ukraine? Or will it be possible to link only a Polish bank card to the Polish Paypal?

Of course it is possible, I have everything set up like this, link your bank account from payoneer to paypal and withdraw money without commission to payoneer through the first century bank account. Where you are is completely irrelevant.

I accept so far on a Polish account with a withdrawal through intermediaries.
