What are the pitfalls (IP, taxes, white and fluffy)?

Greetings.
The question is this.
If a developer at some point "opens an IP" and starts getting like a good specialist :),
how to stay honest + white and fluffy + alive and healthy?
Previously, I did not encounter a similar one. was an "office worker" and others thought about it.
Interested in any nuances of this process.
Thank you!

You open IP further simply either 6% of the income if there are no large expenses (for example, for servers) or 15% of the profit. With 15% more likely to underestimate profits if there is something, but you can sometimes argue with the tax because of this.
Advance pay 1 time per quarter, next year the normal tax along with the submission of the declaration before April 1 if you do not overpay the advance earlier. There are no problems with declarations. Problems in December when you have to pay about 30k contributions to your pension, regardless of how much you earned and did something in general or not. But this amount can be reduced to 50%.
So:
1. Declaration on time
2. Advance payment on time
3. Pension payment on time
4. Do not be rude with minimization if 15% will be
and that's it, you are white and fluffy! ))
