I can’t link a Yandex card to Paypal, which I have been using for 5 years already. Cards from Sberbank and Rosbank were linked without problems.
In the case of a card from TCS, it says: This credit card has been rejected by the issuing bank.
The card was activated, however, quite recently. Before calling the support, I decided to ask the habravchans.
Has anyone succeeded?

Yesterday I tried to pay for the goods in the store, the cashier knocked out 3 checks, on which “the operation was rejected”, and the pin was not needed.
I decided to check if the card works - I went to the ATM, I enter the pin - it's wrong. Called and changed pin. Today everything works fine, though in a different store.
Those. either I messed up and everything was because of the pin (but then why in the store without a pin the operations still failed !?), or some other cant ...
