I have a PAYPAL account, I already have a confirmed Visa bank card, I recently decided to confirm the account of this bank card as well. Specified the BIC and a 20-digit account, clicked confirm. According to the conditions, they must send me 2 small amounts to my account, and I, in turn, must enter 2 of these amounts in the appropriate fields for confirmation on the site. It is written that they will credit these 2 micro-amounts to my account within 3-4 days. BUT usually, of course, everyone has up to a day.
BUT I've been waiting for the 4th day really. And no answer, no hello. The money has never been credited to the account. This shitty PAYPAl is already starting to infuriate with its palmistry. Tell me, did anyone have such that the amounts came for 4-5 days?
I wrote to support, but they didn’t read the question at all along the way, they answered with some on-duty extracts from the certificate on the procedure for linking the account. Freaks. The same card cannot be used for payments and withdrawals.
You need at least two cards (or a card and, for example, a passbook from Sberbank). One as a "source of funds" (purchases, payments, transfers), and an account is issued for the withdrawal of funds.
