How to implement hold payments in a web service?

Hello! I need to implement a hold payment system for the market place. The buyer pays for the goods, but the money is credited to the seller only after a week. Could you tell me the logic of the implementation of such garbage, taking into account the use of paypal? Should I start a wallet for the service that the money will go to, and then after a while from this wallet credit the seller? Or is there another solution?
