Can I receive payments on PayPal without an IP?

I want to accept payments on paypal without ip in my online store. I know that plugins for all kinds of commercial platforms allow you to do this without having a business account in PayPal. But I have a self-written store on yii2. Is there a way to bypass the receipt of IP and accept payments on the site? (I know that even all sorts of payment aggregator services require an individual entrepreneur and a bunch of other legal documents. Is there any alternative? The store is focused on international sales, but Europe is the advantage, they trust Paypal a lot there.
