Or only from individuals? The company can only pay me via PayPal or via IBAN format (as they write US dollar wire transfers). If PayPal does not accept, are there other payment systems to register IBAN?

but if a paypal account is registered for an individual entrepreneur / LLC, it is impossible to accept payment from a business account, only from individuals
if under US dollar wire transfer - meaning international SWIFT transfer - then a dollar account can be opened in many banks in Russia, and ask the bank for details. For example, in Alfa / Tinkoff, it is better to avoid Sberbank.
Companies from the USA are most easily paid through a local bank transfer within the USA (ACH) - you, as an individual from the Russian Federation, can register an account with payoneer and receive details of a local bank account in the USA, or you can issue an invoice and the company it can be paid by bank card in USD
