A service is being created in which users of a number of countries cannot participate.
When registering, the user indicates his account in PAYPAL.
A question for developers who worked with PP: is it possible to determine the citizenship of the account owner's country by e-mail using the PAYPAL API?
When registering with PAYPAL, the user fills in the "Citizenship" line. Does PP give this parameter to the API or not?

It is forbidden. Who said that Vasya Pupkin - a citizen from Belarus - cannot register Paypal while in Malaysia and select the country of Malaysia there? Maybe he lives there for six months every year. And the second six months - in Mexico. What about his citizenship?
