How to set up a PayPal IPN on a WordPress+WooCommerce site?

There are two online stores implemented on a bunch of WordPress and WooCommerce:

  1. 1.example.com/,
  2. 2.examlpe.com/retail/

The problem arose with the PayPal IPN setup.
On the first site, the standard solution from PayPal's Notification URL instructions works fine: https://example.com/?wc-api=WC_Gateway_Paypal.
But on the second site, the configured IPN does not work in exactly the same way. I suspect that this is due to the /retail address, but I don’t know for sure, I tried different combinations of URLs, nothing helped, I ask the Toaster community for help.

There is hardly a ready-made solution.
But really, it's an hour's work to do the same.
By clicking on the basket icon, we hang a blur on the block with content, here I think filter: blur(5px);
The easiest way is to make the circle a pseudo-element and absolutely position it relative to the cart block itself.
You can implement a beautiful scroll with some kind of plugin for scroll styling, since they are fucked up.
In general, that's all, the rest is completely nonsense.
Hastily sketched out an approximate model.
