A card in Euro from Alfa-Bank is linked to PayPal. In the PayPal settings, there is a conversion on the card, excluding the conversion through a stick.
I buy goods on eBay in Euro, I pay by card. A request comes from PayPal in rubles to AlfuBank ... They write off rubles from the euro card, converting it again ...
As a result, instead of, for example, 70 Euros, 77 Euros were debited.
What kind of animal and how to deal with it? :(
