With a return, there are two options:
1. Return to the card
2. Return to the PayPal account
In option 1, it is important that the card is the same. They will not return to another (your) one. I advise in general that the card - the sisters do not stutter, they can be accused of fraud.
In option 2, the money will simply be available in PayPal for future purchases. You can withdraw, but commissions can make it uninteresting. My money was returned this way and that, I did not choose anything on purpose. Whether it is possible to choose - I do not know for sure.
