How does ebay track usps packages from Russia?

I am an ebay seller. Relatively recently, usps stopped tracking parcels from Russia. But somehow ebay does it! I tried a bunch of sites, but they all track packages only in Russia. Checked on many tracking numbers. Maybe there is some kind of service for tracking parcels? After all, ebay somehow tracks them.
