WinRAR - which official site and why do the hash sums of the installers differ?

There are two official sites for downloading WinRAR:

Looking for the difference and the reasons for the existence of both sites, I found that the first site on some of its pages refers to the second site.
Not finding an exact answer to his question, he suggested that it happened historically.

For the experiment, I downloaded one assembly (6.10 English) from both sites and compared the size and hash sums.
From the 2nd site, the size is several KB larger and, accordingly, the hash sums differ.

I noticed this many years ago, and now, during the next check, the situation has been preserved.
Why are the downloaded installers different between the two official sites?

I can assume that rarlab is the site of Roshal, and win-rar is the site of the office. rarlab appeared earlier and apparently there is no reason to put it somewhere :)

They also have a different logo in the properties about the program:

And so both files are signed by the same certificate, the developer is the same, the code section is also the same, only resources.
