How to find out if a rar file is password protected?

Does anyone have experience reading the headers of rar files? It is necessary to find out whether a password is imposed on the archive or not programmatically using Java.

rar has a console tool. It can be called something like this
$ rar -l <namefile>
And analyze the listing. There, most likely, there will be some kind of mark or symbol opposite each encrypted file.
It is indecent for the author to ask such a question without being prepared at all.
