Windows installation from USB does not start, what's the problem?
Hello,
The hard drive has flown, I bought a new one - Kingston UV300 SSD.
There is a USB with Windows 7 SP1 ENG ISO, I set the BIOS to boot from a USB flash drive, SSD to second place, save the settings, at startup - a black screen and one single character - white, underscores.
What could be the problem, how to solve?

Without a flash drive, POST passes with a message about the absence of a boot device?
Check on another computer. If there is such a thing, then fill in the new version of Windows.
How are you creating a bootable flash drive?
If I create, then either UltraISO or unetbootin-windows, although there are many creation programs.
rufus is ok too.
