I installed it for the first time, set up the Internet - it seems to work. Then he did something, turned it off, it does not connect. It gives an error 800. I called technical support, talked for a long time. So I didn't find out anything. If you download their autotuner and connect the created connection with it, then error 789.
Well, I thought that I had broken something, I reinstalled Windows. But today it started like this.
If you reboot into the seven - then everything works.

In general, help me understand what could be wrong with the connection.
