Windows 10 won't install without DVD driver, how to get around?

All welcome guys! I assembled a new PC parts (
-MotherBoard: AsRock b450 pro b4
-Ryzen 1200
-WD Blue [WD5000AZLX]
) I burn
the windows 7/10 image to DVD with UltraISO, to USB - Rufus / UltraISO does not work locally "The necessary driver for the drive was not found optical discs If you have a floppy disk, CD, DVD or USB flash drive with this driver, insert this media" on the website of the motherboard manufacturer, the usb driver was not found. Also, for technical reasons, I can’t get a dvd drive, there is only a usb dvd drive - DEXP blackburn. What should I do tell me?

Are you sure you are installing Windows 10? Maybe it's Windows 7.
You just don't have a driver for USB 3.
Download the driver and integrate it into the distribution.

UltraISO
You can embed the DVD driver into the Windows installation package (there is a how-to on the net). Or it can be easier: add the necessary files from the root of the installation disk.

pull out the hard
, insert it into another computer and start installing Windows
when it asks for an overload, turn off the computer
, transfer the hard to a new computer and install Windows

Does this issue appear during installation? If such an error pops up, then most likely the system does not see the hard drive, see if the disk is displayed in the BIOS. If everything is connected correctly and the disk works, but the error remains, then try resetting the BIOS to standard settings.
