Why is explorer.exe crashing?

The user suddenly started to fly out explorer.exe when pressing the Windows key + E or when starting the explorer process from the Task Manager.
The most interesting thing is that it crashes only under a domain user account. When logging in as a domain administrator or as a local administrator, the error does not reproduce.

I rolled back the restore point, reinstalled the Microsoft visual C ++ 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015 libraries, sfc /scannow did not reveal any errors, Dr.web Cureit and Kaspersky Removal Tools scan for viruses and trojans did not give anything, it costs Nod32 Antivirus.

Disabled all startup and services except MS - did not help. The only thing is that the latest Windows 10 updates are not worth it, because they conflict with Autodesk Inventor. But as I understand it, this should not affect, otherwise the Explorer would fly out in any account.
