How to override admin rights to modify files?
After reinstalling Windows, a situation arises when administrator rights are requested every time to move / delete the old folder / files, and if you go to the access rights properties, then there is an account entry from the previous system, which belonged to the rights. How can I override file permissions and remove the old unknown account?

puts Administrator as the owner of all files/folders and allows any user to perform any actions with files/folders.
collective farm, but on a personal computer it is terribly convenient.
Change the owner in the folder properties and transfer the data to the folders created in the new system.
