Why doesn't Store work for me on 10?

Already climbed figs knows how many sites (erased the Store cache, checked the proxy, set windows update to start automatically, updated) reviewed a bunch of videos where they fix it - it didn’t help.
How to fix?

Is it related to development mode? Literally today, a man jumped on how to run bash in 10k, something was connected with the Store there.

there is something with the registry. This cant with the departure of applications as well as the store is known for being small-soft.
no fix yet. the only thing is reinstallation, or rollback to the last working backup, if they are done :)
