How to combine the desire to engage in several areas in IT?

If you are interested in several areas of the IT sphere, such as: system administration, information security and creation-support-promotion of the site, how can all this be combined to turn it into a core activity and making a profit?
Is it possible to add to this the desire to do this anywhere with Internet access?

Learn to delegate and manage.
It is not necessary for you personally to do EVERYTHING with your own hands.
First, you can kill your whole life for it, endlessly work, study, improve professionalism, etc. I don't think that's exactly what you want. You would like not to be tied to the workplace, to do what you love, while earning an income and providing for your life. If I understand you correctly?
One option is to open a company providing services in these areas.
Hire employees, albeit not immediately professionals, but promising, purposeful. And give them the opportunity to develop within your company. So to speak - non-material motivation. Invest in your employees, train them (courses / webinars / exchange of experience, etc.). Create a highly efficient workplace and a decent salary for them.
Develop yourself, not only professionally. But also as a person.
Develop corporate culture. Develop customer focus not only externally, but also internally. Your internal customer is your employees. If your employees are not motivated to work for you and work well, sooner or later everything will fall apart.
It is not necessary to start immediately with a staff of 100 people. Even if it is 2-3 people. If things go well, the company will develop and grow further.
And as you develop, you will have the opportunity to participate, to be a generator of new directions or an observer in each of the directions.
Why am I all this ... by learning to delegate and motivate people, listen and hear them (not to be confused with indulgence), you can make your business independent. By devoting a couple of hours to work a day, you can devote more time to yourself, your life, and your family. You will become free.

system administration, information security and website creation-support-promotion

It’s easy: to get hired in some small office, which recently decided that without its own website, there’s no way at all, but doesn’t want or can’t allocate budgets for the whole team (system administrator, security officer, workbench, developer, SEO specialist, etc.). Such offices will have a "man-orchestra" just right in the yard, which will raise a server, and lay out a site on it, and then begin to promote it. The Anglo-Saxons say about such people "Jack of all trades, master of none".
Further, the "orchestra", most likely, will determine for itself one or two really interesting areas and will develop already in these directions, pushing the rest. Well, or get drunk from the inability to embrace the immensity :)

Can. But modern IT is complex. It is impossible without specialization.
In strangers - no, since you fall into the niche of the cheapest "multi-arms" who can do everything, but everything is equally bad.

First of all, analyze what you like best, so that you “put” on everything else without much torment, since you will have to for the first time.
Secondly, think in what area you are superior to others (well, at least by 10-15% in knowledge and skills).
Thirdly, customers pay not for super-skill cheaply, but for a responsible attitude towards them (as towards their relatives, children, friends, etc.) and for the ability to answer for their words.
Opening a legal entity is the last thing you need to think about, because you can offer clients different schemes to the last (an employment contract, black cash, ...), but if you find a good fat client who will pay all your expenses and even with a profit ( without stopping the service of others), then open the USN 6%, take an EXPECTIVE accountant for 15-30 thousand per month, fulfill ALL of his requirements and discuss accounting and labor relations with him as much as possible. It will be new and not entirely within your competence, but you have to go through it. ;) Well, as soon as workers appear, remember that it is better to hire a responsible smart kid with no experience than an experienced bolter...
