Windows 10 won't go to sleep. Already checked everything, in the power supply, and everything, in theory, should be allowed for sleep mode. When you press "sleep mode", the PC goes out, the mouse indicators go out, only the keyboard and lan are on, but I turned off everything that is on and nothing helps, because the system unit itself works, along with the fans. What is the problem, please tell me?

Try updating the BIOS and installing the latest Windows update.
