Why can windows make a device connection sound when I turn on the light?

It is not joke!
I have noticed this for a long time (it is quite likely that since the purchase of the computer, but I’m not sure), I turn on the table lamp and the sound of connecting the device sounds in the speakers. The lamp shines on the system unit is not bad and inside.
I understand that there is nothing wrong with this, but I just broke my head already what it could be, I could not find anything in Google.

The general answer is because you have poor-quality electrical wiring.
Turning on the light = changing the load on the network. The computer and peripherals receive less power, one of the devices is temporarily cut off, and then turned on again. It is being defined. Connection sound.

If this is not trolling, then more data is needed. What devices are connected to the PC, what is the connection scheme for the PC power supply, lamps.
Carry out a series of experiments:
1) Direct the lamp so that it does not shine on the PC
2) plug the lamp into another outlet so that it shines on the PC as it is now
2) Plug the lamp into the socket, for example, a kettle and look at the result
Or maybe you have just a usb lamp?)
