Windows 10, liveID and Russian?

Keyboard layout

I installed 10031 ten .. installed the language pack layout other ..
updated to 41 through the update center ...
and after a couple of days I open the laptop lid and I can’t change the layout from Russian
and the password in live id cannot be changed to Russian via ALT + ASCII not entered ... to
reinstall too lazy
is there any way to give Russian chtoli to hell and layout and language pack
to create a user normally? (in my opinion, when loading through the console, nothing changes at all only in a temporary environment .. well, working with files, of course)
