Windows 10 1809 Redstone 5 how to get "Pin to Start" back?

After installing this update (from scratch), I noticed that the "Pin to Start Screen" item disappeared from the Explorer context menu, now it can only be on the taskbar. Can this be fixed somehow? Some programs are not in the Start menu, and I don’t want to mess up the taskbar.
