Is it possible to uninstall Ubuntu alongside windows by simply formatting the drive?

I split my hard drive into two volumes, and installed Ubuntu on a new volume that doesn't have windows.
If I reformat the volume on which Ubuntu is installed in disk management (linux-swap and for Ubuntu itself), will I have no problems?
PS when you turn on the laptop, there is no grub menu and Windows automatically turns on, you can turn on ubuntu only using the boot menu

You take BOOTICE and look at what you have in the disk loader. If the bootloader is screw and the partition is active, then ok.
Otherwise it is better to rearrange. MBR and PBR... If something went wrong, load any winPE and repair the bootloader.
