Why does the brightness increase in full screen mode?

I dug into the Windows settings. Didn't find anything that could fix the situation. I watch a video on Youtube or a movie, everything is fine. When I enter full screen mode, the brightness jumps to 100% and I can't fix this problem in any way. I dug into the browser settings. I guess it's all about him (Opera GX). Since it started with how I downloaded it. But in the settings I still did not find anything like that. Maybe someone else had this problem and can help me. Thank you in advance.

I don't know if this is the answer to your question, but in my case the problem was that the Philips monitor had "Smart Contrast" turned on. After turning it off, the brightness does not jump when exiting a full-screen video.
