Why opera eats CPU after update?

The opera was updated first on the weekend, and now even today to the version: 60.0.3255.59
And from the weekend, the CPU is consumed all the way and the fan rustles like a locomotive.

And it does not matter, even if all tabs are closed.
Can anything be done about this?

Try enabling hardware acceleration.
