Win10 does not see external HHD?

I have an external hard and usbhayu (with toggle switches), I used the hard through the hub for about a couple of months, all the way through no problems, but suddenly one "fine" day I connect it and it's not in the explorer, I got into Google, the most common problem was:
- Lack of power on the hub (I have additional power connected from the network)
with the drivers, everything is also in order, since NOT through the usb hub everything works like a Swiss watch, but it does not see it through the hub, although there is power on it and the hub itself works fine
But having dripped a little, I saw that in the "Disk Management" section the system sees the disk but it is not targeted, but if I'm not mistaken, only new disks need to be targeted, and I used it before and there is data, but again through a different port (not a hub) everything is normal through other PCs, too, everything is normal, even when you try to incelize the disk, an error is generated, is there someone who has come across such nonsense, help.

Perhaps something happened to the power line on the hub, and it is able to work with a weak load, but does not pull out a powerful one.
