Installing Win10 on a new SSD, while running the old HDD at the same time, will there be collisions?
Hello!
I decided to buy myself an SSD drive, because. the speed of the HDD has ceased to suit, and by itself it has already worn out. But I came across the fact that I don’t quite understand how to organize the further work of both disks.
The bottom line is that in the first place I would like to install a clean OS on a new SSD. But I don’t quite understand what will happen to the OS and already installed programs on my HDD, will these programs be visible on the SSD after installing a clean OS, or will it be necessary to somehow configure the mutual operation of the disks?

You have some mess in your head.
> I would like to install a clean OS on a new SSD
I would just clone the system partition or even the entire drive to the SSD if the size allows. Then I would clean the HDD and throw everything on it that does not require a high speed of random access (images, music, video).

They will be on the HDD. If you are going to install the system from scratch, you can even delete it if you do not plan to use the old system.
> Will these programs be visible on the SSD
If you copy the files, they will. They won't crawl on their own.
> or it will be necessary to somehow configure the mutual work of disks
Well, there was one disk in the system, now there are two.
You put programs on an SSD for speed. Music-vidosiki you store on HDD. Standard average scenario for using SSD and HDD.
Programs on the HDD will remain, but will not be normally available on the new system.
Use disk cloning (but there are nuances, the partition with the system should be smaller than the SSD) or the built-in program for transferring files and settings.
But some programs will still need to be installed.
