How to create shared file storage for Mac and Windows?

Hello.
I'm on Windows, I plan to install a hackintosh.
Hackintosh for work and everyday life, I'll leave Windows for games. Now all files (except for the system itself) are stored on a terabyte screw and I would like to have access to it from both systems. Since I plan to leave Windows only for games, it means that, presumably, in 90% of cases, files will be needed on macos and much less often on Windows.
What options do I know and why are they bad:

  1. Pay 2k per year for 1 TB in the cloud on Yandex.Disk. The bad thing is that after loading the system, you will have to wait up to several hours until 5-50 gigs are downloaded (I can interact with a large number of files in a day both at work and at home).
  2. Use Paragon HFS+ for Windows® 11 or similar software to access files on Windows. I don't know how convenient it is to open heavy movies (20 gigs), edit two gig PSD files, copy and burn large volumes of small files like clipart or discographies to disk.

Perhaps there is a way to set up automatic background copying of files from one HFS + hard (macos file system) to another hard with NTFS (Windows file system)? Or another option?

Option 3: dual boot hackintosh and Windows for games, and Windows in the Parallels virtual machine for work. It's okay for me, for example.
