What are the least expensive ways to integrate mail with an intracorporate ActiveDirectory?

Hello.
In order not to fence your local server: buy hardware, buy MS Windows Server, MS Exchange Server licenses, access licenses. Serve the server, provide reliable communication channels with the local server when accessed via the Internet, etc...
Recommend a solution for integrating mail hosting with an intracorporate Active Directory. The task is to choose any mail hosting (Yandex, Mail.ru, Google, etc.) for corporate mail to add the existing domain address of the company.ru organization to it, and that the hosting would automatically create mailboxes with the same username when synchronizing with the intracorporate ActiveDirectory. the user with which he is registered in ActiveDirectory. For example, if a user in ActiveDirectory has the name pupkin.v, then the mail hosting, as a result of synchronization with ActiveDirectory, creates a mailbox [email protected] IDEALLY, it would be nice if the user's password from ActiveDirectory would also be assigned to the corresponding user of the [email protected] mailbox!!! But here, as I understand it, you can’t do without your MS Exchange ??? Are there cloud-based Exchange implementations that offer the most complete integration with ActiveDirectory?
Thanks

The main thing is not to forget about sanctions and so on. Well, in order not to end up with nothing at once ... There was a history of a company in Habré, which suddenly lost access and did not even get access to backups ....

MS has various cloud solutions and they will just squeal with delight, offering them to you. So, of course, there will be neither Yandex nor even Google - only outlook.com (or whatever they have there), but there is full integration through AD FS - there is nowhere more complete.

Look this way.
Very good and proven project.
And Microsoft with Exchange is still heavy and too expensive in my opinion.
