Will the Chieftec Force Series CPS-650S power the GIGABYTE B450 AORUS ELITE?

There is a PSU Сhieftec Force Series CPS-650S, 1 braid of 4 wires is used to power the processor, from it a tap is made from a 4-pin block to another 1 block of 4 pins. These pads are completely identical, they do not have keys to connect with each other. Stupidly not 4 + 4 pin turns out, but some kind of something. Will I be able to power an 8 pin board with this power supply?
