If you gut a 100mbit Ethernet cable, what kind of wires will there be?
In quarantine, I needed to solder something, thin wires are needed, you can’t buy it, it takes a long time to order, there is an idea to gut a 100mbit Ethernet cable for this business, it’s not needed and it’s just the length. But the question is, what are they? Stranded? What section? Can they be tinned/soldered and handled like regular thin wires? How many milliamps maximum can be allowed through them?

single-core.
diameter is about 0.5 mm.
copper, treat as a normal solid copper conductor. you can tinker, you can solder.
I think the current is half a maximum. in a free state, blown by the wind from all sides :) read the PoE parameters there should be clear recommendations.
In general, the cable is different for the cable - there are many types of them.
Usually, there are single-core copper wires AWG 24-26 (0.12-0.2mm2), look at the currents on the plates. Of course, it is quite normal to tin / solder.
