Why are all cables at 60Hz?
I want to buy a hdmi cable for the monitor. In dns, I reviewed a bunch of cables of different prices. And all the cables that I saw had a frequency of 30 or 60 Hz. But my monitor is 75hz. Did I look carelessly? But I looked at a lot of cables. In dns there are no kabkdays for 75 and 144 Hz? Brad (probably)

For [email protected], an HDMI 1.4 cable should suffice. Above resolutions require HDMI 2.0+ or DisplayPort 1.2+
The cable is not a digital device, it's a stupid piece of shielded wire, through which 0 and 1 are transmitted very quickly. Standard HDMI 1.3 and 1.4 cables can transfer up to 10Gbps. It is calculated by a simple formula 32 (number of bits per pixel) * X-axis resolution * Y-axis resolution * Frequency. If the resulting number is within 10.000.000, then the cable must work, if higher, there are no guarantees. For 4K you need to take HDMI 2.0, for 1440 1.3-1.4 is suitable
