Adapter HDMI -> LAN -> HDMI - how high quality will it be possible to transfer the image?
I want to run a wire from a computer in one room to a TV in another. Tasks: watching Full HD videos and playing computer games. It is desirable, of course, that 60 fps be transmitted stably.
Options:
1) either drill a hole between the rooms and pass hdmi 2-3 meters,
2) or use a sabzh adapter and carefully lay 10-15 meters along the walls and doorways.
The first option seems to guarantee high-quality transmission (3 meters is still not so much), but it is more labor-intensive, and a hole in the wall has some consequences (at least the deterioration of sound insulation between rooms).
Question, in fact, about the second option.

everything works fine, I threw several TV sets through the vidyuhi 9800 radeon through the hdmi splitter and 15 and 50m at once, the only jamb when the frequency did not match, the image blinked, but it is solved by forced exposure
