Will perversion work with RAID and Hyper-V?

Good afternoon.
To speed up the work of the 1C file base, two solutions were proposed:
1) Insert several HDDs into the server and make a hardware RAID10 out of them. Raise and install Hyper-V on the server and Windows7 on it. Specify this RAID as *.vhd storage. Will Windows7 installed in Hyper-V work as if it was put on RAID without Hyper-V? RAID is set to increase the speed of work (reading and writing) 1C.
2) Approximately the same, but instead of RAID, an SSD is used.
I'm wondering, will the exchange rate between the 1C file base and end users really increase in this situation? Or is it necessary, for example, to do software RAID inside the installed Windows7?

To say something, you need to understand:
1. Why Vin7?
2. What 1C - 77 or 82?
3. How many users at the same time in 1C?
4. Need a license for Windows?

@oia

And how did you decide that the file system where the base is located is slowing down for you, or maybe your grid is clogged with parasitic traffic
