Why is the RAID Fault LED on?

Good afternoon, there was a problem with the INTEL SRCSATAWB RAID controller.
When this controller is installed in the FUJITSU SIEMENS D2519 motherboard, the “disk error” light comes on on three of the six cassettes.

At the same time, virtual devices have not yet been created raid arrays, no errors are visible, that is, disks are normally combined into a raid ... And in the “desktop” application for monitoring the RAID controller, no errors are observed either ...

Tell me, please, what could be the problem?

This may not be an error, but an alarm. Many raid controllers have the function of "highlighting" a disk in an array. It allows you to physically determine where one or another disk of a logically marked array is located.
But it is better to download the documentation for your piece of iron.

I could not quickly find documentation on the server, and I was too lazy to look for a long time. But I can assume that Backplain is used, which means that the controller does not communicate directly with the disks. If so, then there is an exchange of signaling data between the backplane and the controller. And here there may be nuances of the exchange between these devices. Look at the firmware of the controller, maybe even the backplane, as well as the wires.
